1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern the relationship between:

(hereinafter the “Provider”)

and customers (the “Client”/“Consumer”).

2. Services

The Provider offers in particular: card readings, rituals (protection, relationship, prosperity, etc.), and other related spiritual services. A physical item (e.g., an amulet) may accompany the ritual as a complimentary part of the service. This item is not sold separately.

3. Order and formation of the contract

The Client places an order via magiasacra.com. The contract between the Provider and the Client is formed by order confirmation and payment of the price. The Client agrees to these Terms when completing the order.

4. Price and payment

Service prices are listed on the website and are final (the Provider is not a VAT payer). Payment can be made by bank transfer, card (Stripe), or other methods listed on the site. Services are provided after the full amount has been credited to the Provider’s account.

5. Delivery of services

Readings and rituals are provided remotely, or in person by agreement. Amulets or other items may be delivered by post or handed over in person, always as part of the service.

6. Right of withdrawal

The Consumer has the right under Section 1829 of the Czech Civil Code to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of its conclusion. However, this right does not apply to a contract for the provision of services if the provision has already started with the Consumer’s consent before the withdrawal period expires. Given the nature of the services (rituals and card readings), which are provided individually and often begin immediately after ordering, the Client acknowledges that once the provision of the service has begun, it is not possible to withdraw from the contract. Amulets and items provided as part of the service are a complimentary gift – the right of withdrawal does not apply to them.

7. Complaints

No guarantee is given as to a specific material outcome of the spiritual services provided (rituals, readings), as their effect depends on many subjective factors. However, in the event of a technical defect in the provision of the service (e.g., a reading not performed after payment, a promised amulet not delivered), the Client is entitled to remedy or a proportionate refund.

8. Personal data

The Provider processes the Client’s personal data (name, address, e‑mail) solely for the purpose of order processing and performance of the contract. Data are not shared with third parties except where necessary (e.g., carrier, payment gateway). Further details are provided in the Privacy Policy.

9. Dispute resolution

All disputes between the Provider and the Client are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. The Consumer may submit a complaint to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz).

10. Final provisions

These Terms are published on magiasacra.com and form an integral part of the contract. The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms; for the Client, the version effective at the time of the contract applies.
